In Home Caregiver - Full Time

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing personalized in-home care.
• Homemaker tasks: grocery shopping, light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and errands.
• Private duty assistance: medication reminders, bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Companionship: engaging activities, conversations, and safety supervision.
• Travel support: driving clients during trips.
• 24-hour/overnight care: routine assistance and bedtime support.
• Palliative care: pain and symptom management, along with emotional support.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability.
• Punctuality.
• Flexibility.
• Experience with medication management.
• Experience with vital sign monitoring.
• Ability to provide personal care.
• Ability to engage clients effectively.
• Certified CNA/PCA/HHA credentials preferred.
