About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Seniors Caregiver to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to manage various tasks related to daily living. Job types: Full-time, Part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
• Provide specialized care for clients with memory care needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health care in caregiving.
• Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
• A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.
• Caregiving experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Work location: Tempe, AZ – In Person.

Schedule

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week. Shifts: 4, 6, or 12 hour shifts, day shift.
