About the role

At HomeWell Care Services OK, we believe caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We are a locally owned, woman-led home care company bringing a fresh, relationship-focused approach to in-home care across Oklahoma. We’re growing quickly, building something special in Oklahoma, and looking for compassionate caregivers who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes throughout the Enid area, including:
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Bathing, grooming, and personal care assistance
• Ambulation and mobility support
• Meditation reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Helping clients stay safe, independent, and engaged

Requirements

• CNA or PCA preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time caregiving experience
• Compassionate and dependable attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Current TB test required before working
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties
