In Home Caregiver - Dayton

Current Needs

• Client 1: Walla Walla – Caregiver needed/ overnight shifts Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00pm–7:00am
• Client 2: Walla Walla – Weekend caregiver needed, Friday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Client 3: Walla Walla – Weekend caregiver needed with exp, Sunday 9:00 am to 11:30 am
• Client 4: Walla Walla – Looking a caregiver with exp. Monday to Friday 8 am to 11:30 am
• Client 5: Dayton –Weekend caregiver with experience needed, Sunday, 9:00 am-12:30 pm

Caregiver Job Duties

Support clients in activities of daily living such as:

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and grooming
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Making sure to monitor and report on their condition
• Comfortable or willing to learn Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Plus:

• Caregiver experience preferred, but paid training is available
• REQUIRED: must be able to transport clients in reliable vehicle
• Available for day, short shifts between 8am-6pm
• Weekend Availability a plus
• Memory care experience a plus
• Part time 20-30 hrs a week *can lead to full time

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Able to transport clients in their own vehicle required
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
• Able to adapt to flexible schedules

Pay

$17.75 to $21.50/hr

Schedule

• Day shifts between 8am-6pm
• Short shifts between 8am-6pm
• Weekend Availability a plus
