In-Home Caregiver- CNA/ Home Health Aide

About the role

Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
• Help with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Manage household chores and maintain cleanliness
• Communicate regularly with clients and families about progress and concerns

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Passion for providing high-quality care in home settings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Background check and drug screening required
