Pay
$20-$21 per hour, depending on care given. Paid training and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule
Current needs: day shifts Monday–Friday, highly needed. Most shifts start between 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM.
Responsibilities
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (driving required)
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
- Must own a smartphone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Able to transport clients in their own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
Behavioral or memory care experience and bilingual skills are a plus. Caregivers willing to work with clients who smoke (both indoors and outdoors) and with pets in the client’s home are needed.

Oregon only: if you have not completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be paid to complete it along with the nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
