In-Home Caregiver/Back-up

About the Position

Community Horizons is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced In‑Home Caregiver to provide quality care and daily living assistance to an individual living in Plover, Wisconsin. The individual requires standby assistance with transfers but uses a ceiling Hoyer lift for assistance. This role supports independence, comfort, and quality of life in a home setting.

Location: Plover, WI.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping
• Occasional caregiving support as needed
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Meal preparation
• Showering and personal hygiene assistance
• Grooming support
• Laundry

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of caregiving experience
• Experience using patient lifts, including Hoyer lifts
• Experience working with catheters
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Pay

$16.32 per hour

Schedule

Every other weekend, overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (18 hours every other weekend)
