In-Home Caregiver
About the role
AmanaCare is seeking non-medical caregivers throughout Nebraska to provide daily living assistance, including companionship, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and pet assistance for seniors and disabled individuals.

Requirements
- At least 19 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Reliable transportation

- Paid health insurance for caregivers working 25+ hours/week

- Competitive pay up to $19/hour
- Immediate hours and flexible scheduling (5–40 hours/week)
- Weekly paychecks via direct deposit (every Friday)
- Paid on-the-job training (including initial training and shadowing)

- Holiday pay (time-and-a-half for major holidays)
- Employee referral bonus ($150 after 6 months, another $150 after 1 year)
- Monthly one-on-one meetings with schedulers/coordinators for support and encouragement
Pay
$17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
