In-Home Caregiver

About the role

In-Home Caregiver position in Fergus Falls. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role with day hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Qualifications

• No High School Diploma or equivalent required for caregiver role
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
