Responsibilities
- ADL Assistance
- Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Dressing and toileting assistance
- Mobility and transfer support
- Feeding assistance when needed
- Incontinence care
- Companionship and emotional support
- IADL Assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Laundry and linen changes
- Transportation to appointments or activities
- Organizing daily routines and ensuring client safety
Schedule
We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, including:
- Day Shifts
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Morning Shifts
- 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
- 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Overnight Shifts
- 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
- 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
- Extended Shifts
- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Afternoon / Evening Shifts
- 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Pay
$18-$20.50 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and shift.

Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and passionate about caring for seniors
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge or experience with ADLs and IADLs preferred
- CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
