In Home Caregiver

About the role

New Hope is seeking to hire full-time and part-time caregivers to provide reliable, compassionate in-home non-medical care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic everyday needs (including, but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, transportation, and companionship)
• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients
• Aid with personal care tasks
• Help with meal planning and preparation
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings

Requirements

• Pass drug tests and background checks
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, compassion, and reliability

Qualifications

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families

Caregiver training and service monitoring will be conducted continually to ensure that care is of superior quality.
