About the role

Provide compassionate non-medical support to seniors in their homes in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor safety and administer medication reminders.
• Offer transportation and companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans and document client status.
• Communicate updates to supervisors and families.
• Support seniors with daily activities and build meaningful relationships.
