In-Home Caregiver

About the role

This role provides exceptional, high quality care to seniors in Northwest Missouri. The caregiver enhances their clients' quality of life by providing companionship, fostering independence, and being a consistent source of physical and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support - Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Mobility Support - Help with transfers, light exercise, and fall prevention
• Nutrition - Prepare meals tailored to individual requirements and preferences
• Light Housekeeping - Help keep the client’s home tidy and clean
• Health Management - Follow care plans, Medication reminders, Report changes in condition or concerns timely
• Transportation - Transport clients to medical appointments, or community activities as needed

Requirements

• Reliability - Being a consistent, reliable presence in our clients’ lives
• Communication - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driver’s License
• Clean Background Check
