About the role
As an In Home Caregiver with Home Instead, you'll provide one-on-one support to older adults in their homes and help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

What you'll do
- Provide companionship and build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients
- Help seniors with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and restroom needs
- Assist with mobility and provide hands-on personal care when needed
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Support clients with their routines so they can continue living safely at home

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- Must have three professional references
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
