Caregiver Job Duties

• Support clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Fast and simple hiring process
• Orientation and training required
• Washington: HCA or CNA license required
• Oregon: Home Care Pulse caregiver training and nurse-led medication training required

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
• Own a smart phone with necessary capabilities
• Pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Pay Rate

Pay is dependent on the care level of the client, ranging from $17.75 to $19.00 per hour.
