In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Absorb activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility support and personal routines
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs
• Offer personalized assistance based on each clients unique needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• No medical background required; caregiving experience preferred
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
