Compassionate Friends Homecare LLC is a veteran-owned company dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate homecare services to veterans. Our mission is to ensure that veterans can maintain their quality of life and receive the care they deserve in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Tend to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
- Support mobility (help with walking, transfers or use of mobility aids)
- Take clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals, do laundry and perform light housework
- Aid with daily living tasks such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming, and eating
- Identify and address safety issues in the home or facility
- Keep accurate records of care provided
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow. They must be able to:
- Tend to clients’ social and emotional needs
- Support mobility
- Take clients to medical appointments or personal errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals, do laundry, and perform light housework
- Aid with daily living tasks
- Identify and address safety issues
- Keep accurate records of care provided
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to perform essential job duties
Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assist with daily living tasks
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures

Schedule
The In-Home Caregiver will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.
