In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

- Provide personalized in-home care to our clients - Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, transportation - Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities - Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times - Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

- WEEKDAY SHIFT-Monday-Friday (4hrs per day) (No Weekends) - Previous experience as a caregiver is REQUIRED - Compassionate and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must pass a background check & drug screen

Skills

- Experience with systems and home community care - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ADLs - Ability to work with clients with varying levels of care needs, including those in memory care and hospice care - Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with assisted living and home health environments - Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed - Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy
