In Home Caregiver Ada

About the role

This is a non-medical, one-on-one caregiving role based in Ada, OK. You will provide in-home support to seniors, helping them remain safe, independent, and engaged. The position is with a locally owned, woman-led company that emphasizes a relationship-focused approach and values caregivers as trusted partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Support ambulation and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Help clients stay safe, independent, and engaged

Requirements

• CNA or PCA preferred, OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time caregiving experience
• Compassionate and dependable attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Current TB test required before working
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties
• Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality

Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience: $14–$17/hr
• Paid weekly
