Support individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities as an Independent Contracted Direct Care Worker.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive environment by helping clients set and achieve personal goals
- Provide emotional companionship
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Monitor safety, health, and wellness needs to ensure overall well-being
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Meet state provider requirements
- Pass a background check
- Obtain fingerprint clearance
- Complete mandated training courses
