About the role

We're looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team in Lanesboro, North Adams, Adams, Pittsfield, Lee, Lenox, Dalton, and Stockbridge. Whether you're experienced or just starting, we have opportunities for you as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Homemaker. Free Home Health Aide training and certification are available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and helping with errands
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
• Dependable transportation to reach client locations
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards

Pay

$18-$20 per hour for Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA).
