In-Home BCBA (Remote/Hybrid Role)
About the role
Immediate openings for full-time and part-time BCBAs. Remote and telehealth roles available (in-person assessments required).
Competitive pay: Part-time: $85 to $110 per hour. Full-time salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year. $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases.
- Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress.
- Review reports and session notes.
- Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
Requirements
BCBA certification from the BACB.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona.
Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person.
Qualifications
Experience in ABA therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
