Who We Are
We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical care to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. This part-time role is specifically designed for BCBAs who want to stay connected to high-quality clinical work and make a real impact without the burnout of a full-time caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality, in-person supervision, case oversight, and hands-on training to RBTs.
- Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.
- Maintain precise documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and clinic standards.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate for your schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work part-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience conducting assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans (preferred).
- Experience supervising RBTs or mentoring student analysts (preferred).
