Position Overview
ProTrain is currently recruiting for an experienced In-Person instructor with experience teaching a Medical Assistant course.
What You Will Do
- In-Classroom Instructor
- Taught topics including:
- Medical Records
- Medical Asepsis / OSHA Standard
- Sterilization and Disinfection
- Vital Signs
- Physical Examination
- EKG
- Colon Procedures
- Radiology
- Clinical Laboratory
- Urinary System
- Phlebotomy
- Hematology
- Blood Chemistry and Immunology
- Microbiology
- Emergency Medical Procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years teaching experience
- Minimum 3 years in related field of study
- Must adhere to weekly class schedule
- Active National Medical Assistant Certification (NHA, AAMA, AMT, NCCT, etc.)
