About the role

We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry. We consider every position to be essential in the fulfillment of our Mission Statement. As such, each employee must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026 (subject to adjustment based on store‑opening needs and final onboarding timelines).

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
• Exemplify Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Saturday; availability between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
