In-Business Risk Structurer, Prime, Director

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client portfolio exposures and escalate counterparty risk issues
• Participate in client pitches and negotiate terms to support strategic growth
• Engage with Sales and Trading teams on client management initiatives
• Sign-off on senior-level risk decisions within the Prime Finance IBR team
• Communicate risk concerns internally and externally to clients and regulators
• Identify and escalate emerging risks to senior management
• Facilitate trades and manage portfolio risks, including market and legal risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Mathematics, Finance or CFA preferred
• 15+ years of financial services experience, with a history of leading analytical teams
• Subject matter expertise in Prime financing platforms and asset types
• Experience with hedge fund client interactions is preferred
• Thorough understanding of client documentation and negotiating term agreements
