Import & Export Staff

Responsibilities

• Handle import-export documentation and customs declarations using VNACCS/ECUS.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Reconcile BOM, customs valuation, and material consumption records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth import-export operations.

Requirements

• Under 35 years old.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in import-export operations and customs declarations using VNACCS/ECUS.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in BOM reconciliation, customs valuation, and material consumption tracking.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible for documentation accuracy.

Pay

Salary: 10,000,000–15,000,000 VNĐ/month
