We are seeking experienced project delivery professionals to join our Implementation Specialist team.
Role - Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, you play a leading role with client and internal project delivery success. You take a hands-on leadership role designing and implementing short and long-term project and portfolio solutions including Oracle, Emerald and third-party software tools both on-premise and in the cloud. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, team environment. He/she embraces learning new tools, and sharing this technology with clients in innovative ways to improve their project delivery. A passion for working with clients to build long-term relationships and project success is critical.
What You'll Do
- Solutions selection and recommendation through exploratory meetings, solutions demonstrations and ROI analysis
- Solutions Proposal development for phased implementation and project success
- Solutions design, configuration, integration, automation, customization, testing and ongoing support
- Project management, progress reporting and client relationship building
- Training development, training facilitation and tool adoption assistance
- Ongoing support and business process refinement
- Ongoing relationship development and client satisfaction
- New initiative and tools identification and development
- Support the ongoing development of Emerald tools and new product development
- Case study development, blog posting for knowledge sharing, conference presentations
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken
- B.Eng., B.Sc., B.Comm., MBA or equivalent technical education
- 3+ years of project management, design or controls related experience
- Ability to travel (25-50% of the job)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- P.Eng., P.E., EIT designation or equivalent
- Professional certificate with PMI or AACE Planning & Scheduling: P6 PPM/EPPM
- Planning & Scheduling: Microsoft Project, P3, Safran, AstaProject
- Cost & Contract Control: Unifier, Primavera Contract Management, Aconex Portfolio Management: Prime, Primavera Portfolio Project Management, Instantis Enterprise Track Risk Analysis: Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), Safran, Crystal Ball, @Risk
- ERP/EAM systems: SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Maximo
- Reporting/Dashboarding: Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Domo, QlikView, Primavera Analytics
- Other project management related tools such as Prolog, Procore , Ecosys, Hard Dollar and Prism, SharePoint, Livelink
