Implementation Specialist II (Must have Utility implementation background)
Overview of Role/Job Purpose
An Implementation Specialist II is responsible for managing and executing the implementation of software systems and solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Essential Job Duties
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in implementation, project management, or a related field, typically 5+ years (working for a utility SaaS company preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams.
