Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement new client products and services within the platform.
• Utilize conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
• Accurately enter and verify all data.
• Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
• Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.
• Record system issues in tracking systems.
• Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks.
• Suggest improvements for internal processes.
• Develop best practice procedures for new Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of HCM, Benefit, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in CFM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Excel skills

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour + Bonus
