Implementation Engineer

About the role

Implement Flosum's Products: Deploy and configure Flosum's solutions within customers Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

Support Product Adoption: Guide customers through their product adoption journey by delivering training sessions and assessing their DevSecOps processes to ensure alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Webinars: Conduct webinars for large audiences, covering product features, new enhancements, and best practices for using Flosum's tools.
• Create Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive product technical documentation, highlighting key features and providing detailed guidance on Flosum's offerings.
• Sell Support: Assist in the sales process by conducting product demonstrations, showcasing Flosum's capabilities to potential customers.
• Engage Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide consultation on process improvements and recommend enhancements based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to integrate Flosum's products with external platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced workflow efficiency.
• Partner Training: Train Flosum's partners to effectively onboard customers and ensure they are proficient in using Flosum's products, enabling them to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting software solutions in a DevOps environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and other DevSecOps tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
