Responsibilities
- Deploy automation systems to client environments
- Configure integrations with existing client systems
- Train client teams on using automated workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
- Document deployment processes and system configurations
- Provide post-launch support and optimization
Requirements
- 3+ years in implementation, DevOps, or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Comfortable training non-technical users
- Bonus: Experience with automation platforms or workflow tools
