- Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, including DevOps, Service Desk, and engineering, to ensure smooth implementation and transition to production.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical support during implementation and post-sale phases.
- Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients, resellers, and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, guiding best practices and ensuring quality standards throughout the implementation process.

- Experience with Python scripting or similar automation tools, and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to set expectations, manage competing stakeholder demands, and maintain focus on long-term client success.
- Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for Public Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), experience collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to refine processes and tools for scalable implementations, and expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Why You'll Enjoy This Role
- Impact: Direct ownership of client outcomes in high-stakes healthcare environments.
