About the role
The Implementation Coordinator (IC) plays a crucial role in deploying AirStrip's cutting-edge solutions. Key responsibilities include leading product testing and validation, delivering comprehensive training to customers, and managing on-site activation plans. This role also involves collaborating with hospitals to ensure seamless integration and supporting the operations team in various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute product testing and document any identified issues for the project team.
- Collaborate with hospital's point of contact to plan and manage training and go-live events, including communication, advertising, and engagement with physicians and nurses.
- Create and complete assigned project documents such as customer training and support plans, product qualification and acceptance documentation, internal support and analytics handoffs, and notifications to internal AirStrip teams.
- Manage end-user and device registration activities.
- Support on-site activation by addressing end-user questions, reinforcing training, and communicating AirStrip's value proposition.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the project team to minimize perceived impacts on successful go-lives and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with version upgrades and other maintenance initiatives.
- Support AirStrip Sales and Account Managers with product demonstrations, meetings, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage physicians effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional customer support in a service setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
- Basic working knowledge of application support.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Benefits
This position requires 75-80% travel, primarily Monday through Friday, across the United States, often for multiple weeks at a time. Travel is essential for this role.
Pay
The salary range for US-based applicants is $50,000 - $57,000 base salary, with the specific rate depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
