Responsibilities

• Serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during 5 week implementation program
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials
• Keep all customers on track to go-live within their agreed-upon schedule
• Manage various forms of risk that would prevent customers from going live within predetermined schedule
• Conduct live working sessions with customers, demonstrating best practices and critical features for go live
• Host open office hours, 1:1 meetings, and group check-in calls with your assigned cohort
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to supporting ServiceTitan and integrated applications

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or Home Service industry knowledge and experience
• Critical thinking skills with experience in troubleshooting software issues
• Experience with ServiceTitan software a big plus
• Exceptional project management skills; Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and a clear view on what constitutes excellent customer service
• Familiarity with SaaS business models a plus

Pay

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $63,100 USD - $94,700 USD (Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA) and Zone 2: $59,000 USD - $88,400 USD (Applicable for: All other US locations). International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
