We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Role Overview (maybe treat as About the role). Responsibilities (list). Must haves (requirements). Nice to haves (maybe qualifications/skills). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's location info: "Location: This position will be based in our Reston office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Reston office for the remaining days of the week." That's schedule info (office attendance). Could be considered Schedule. Also maybe we can treat location as part of About the role? But we need to follow rules: include a section only when posting has real specific content. For Schedule we have specific content: minimum 3 days per week in office, optional remote. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: none. Pay: none. So we omit those. We need to not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Implementation Consultant. Not to be used as heading. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. The posting includes a lot of fluffy mission statements at top. We need to keep substantive info: Role Overview, Responsibilities, Must haves, Nice to haves, Location/Schedule. Also maybe About Nuix section? That's more about company; could be considered About the role? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have About the role (maybe includes role overview and about Nuix). But we need to not repeat job title as heading. So we can have About the role section with prose summarizing role overview and maybe about Nuix? However we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to keep the role overview details verbatim? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That suggests we should not paraphrase or condense; we should keep the original sentences. But we can format them into

tags. So we can copy the role overview paragraph(s) into a

under About the role. Similarly Responsibilities: we have a list of bullet points (each starting with a verb). We need to put them in

    • . Must haves: list of requirements. Use
      • . Nice to haves: maybe treat as Qualifications or Skills. The heading could be Qualifications or Skills. Since they are "Nice to haves", we could put them under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction says we can use headings like Qualifications, Skills. We'll choose Qualifications for nice-to-haves. Location/Schedule: we have location and schedule info. Could be under Schedule heading. We'll put that as a

. We must not include boilerplate like "We're on a mission..." etc. That's fluff but maybe considered substantive? It's about mission and values. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement is not boilerplate; it's part of the posting but maybe considered fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Is mission statement substantive? It's about company culture; could be considered substantive. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It might be okay to include it in About the role section. However the mission statement is quite long and generic. It might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly. But we can include it as part of About the role if we want to preserve all substantive info. However the instruction also says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include mission statement in About the role. But we need to be careful not to include duplicated lines. There's no duplication. Thus final HTML:

        About the role

We're on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose at Nuix. Nuix is one of the greatest comeback Technology success stories in Australia, and we're making massive waves each day. Our impact extends outside of our 9-5, and our place in society isn't always defined by corporate metrics. We're determined to make a positive difference in the world, whether through our solutions which help the top companies, governments and agencies find the truth and combat illegal activities, or through our people who care about contributing and giving back both within, and outside, of Nuix. We are a Force For Good. We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey. Role Overview The Implementation Consultant is a core professional services role within Nuix's Global GTM organisation, responsible for the end-to-end paid delivery of Nuix platform engagements across new and existing customers. Working from a formal handoff from Customer Success, this individual manages the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and environment configuration through to deployment, testing, and knowledge transfer — across local, air-gapped, SaaS, on-premises and cloud environments. Engagements typically run up to six months and span the full breadth of Nuix's enterprise data intelligence, investigative analytics and eDiscovery capabilities. This role is the primary technical point of accountability on each engagement. The Implementation Consultant is expected to translate complex customer requirements into a working, adopted deployment of the Nuix platform, delivering outcomes that are on time, on budget and commercially sound. They operate with a high degree of autonomy and are measured on billable utilisation, delivery performance, and project margin.

        Responsibilities

        • Own the end-to-end implementation of the Nuix platform across assigned customer engagements. This includes leading requirements workshops, producing a delivery plan, executing configuration and testing, and managing the project to a successful, signed-off go-live.
        • Configure and deploy the Nuix platform across all supported infrastructure environments. Engagements span local, air-gapped, SaaS, on-premises and cloud environments, requiring strong adaptability and disciplined environment-specific execution.
        • Manage engagement scope, schedule and budget throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify risks and variances early, communicate them to the Regional VP, and take corrective action to protect on-time and on-budget outcomes.
        • Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer throughout the implementation. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at technical and operational levels, translating complex platform capability into clear, practical guidance.
        • Execute a structured handoff from Customer Success and ensure a clean transition to support and ongoing success at close of engagement.
        • Document deployment decisions, configuration rationale and known considerations to enable the customer and internal teams to operate the platform confidently post go-live.
        • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Nuix's professional services delivery practice. Share implementation learnings, contribute to methodology and playbook development, and provide feedback on recurring technical or scoping issues to inform pre-sales and product teams.

        Requirements

        • Three to five years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise software implementations in a billable professional services context.
        • Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of completed engagements delivered on time, on budget and to scope across complex customer environments.
        • Demonstrated technical proficiency across multiple deployment architectures including cloud, on-premises and secure or air-gapped environments.
        • Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software in restricted or sensitive infrastructure environments is essential given the nature of Nuix's customer base.
        • Strong project management discipline, with the ability to manage scope, risk and stakeholder expectations simultaneously across engagements running up to six months.
        • A relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, or equivalent demonstrated practice, is expected at this level.
        • Ability to communicate complex technical implementation details clearly and credibly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. This includes producing clear written documentation — project plans, configuration guides, handover artefacts — and presenting confidently to customer decision makers.

        Qualifications

        • Prior experience with eDiscovery, digital forensics, investigative analytics or information governance software.
        • Familiarity with data processing workflows, electronically stored information (ESI), or legal and regulatory data obligations in these domains would accelerate contribution significantly.
        • Experience working across multiple geographic regions or with global enterprise customers.
        • Given the AMER, APAC and EMEA scope of this role, prior exposure to regionally varied infrastructure standards, data sovereignty requirements or customer procurement practices is advantageous.

        Schedule

Location: This position will be based in our Reston office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Reston office for the remaining days of the week.

We need to ensure no extra sections like Benefits, Pay. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "About Nuix https://www.nuix.com/ Vision: Finding Truth in a Digital World..." Actually we omitted that About Nuix section. Should we include it? It's under "About Nuix" heading with vision, mission, values. That is substantive info about company. Could be included under About the role or maybe a separate section like About Nuix. But the instruction only gave examples of headings; we could add About Nuix as a section if we want. However we already have About the role covering role overview and mission statement. The About Nuix block includes Vision, Mission, Values. That's also substantive. Should we include it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that too. But we need to avoid creating thin sections. We could incorporate it into About the role as additional paragraphs. That would preserve all info. Let's do that: after the role overview paragraph, we can add another

containing the About Nuix vision/mission/values. Thus About the role section will have two

paragraphs: first the fluffy mission statement and role overview; second the About Nuix vision/mission/values. Let's extract that block: "About Nuix https://www.nuix.com/ Vision: Finding Truth in a Digital World. Mission: Nuix creates innovative software that empowers organisations to simply and quickly find the truth from any data in a digital world. We are a passionate and talented team, delighting our customers with software that transforms data into actionable intelligence. Values Take ownership and follow up Resilient - we learn from the past and are optimistic about tomorrow Unafraid to do the right thing, quickly Team Nuix - first and foremost Hero our customers and innovate for them" We need to keep it as is, maybe remove the URL? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the URL is part of the posting. We'll keep it. Thus About the role will have two

        s. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any lines. The mission statement about "We're on a mission to be a Force For Good..." appears also in the About Nuix? No, it's separate. Now final
