Implementation & Change Management Lead

About the role

Valiant Solutions is seeking an Implementation & Change Management Lead to join our rapidly growing and innovative team! The Implementation Lead provides overall leadership and accountability for AirHub implementation from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through Beta Release, Production rollout, and transition to System of Record. This individual is responsible for developing and executing the integrated implementation strategy and ensuring technical, business, stakeholder, user, and operational readiness across each release. The role leads the overall implementation function and oversees the Release & Production Readiness Manager and Training, User Support & Adoption Lead. The Implementation Lead works across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data, DevSecOps, EPA business lines, and external stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities, manage cross-functional dependencies and risks, and ensure AirHub releases successfully transition from development into sustained operations.
