About the role

Geda srl, a manufacturer of faucets, wellness products, and design accessories for bathrooms and kitchens, is seeking an IT Technician to support internal IT operations and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal IT infrastructure: troubleshoot issues related to internet, servers, and telephony; evaluate and manage quotes for IT services and products.
• Oversee warehouse inventory using management software: update inventory, import codes and data, and monitor stock levels.
• Support the technical office in managing bills of materials on PDM (Product Data Management).

Requirements

• Residency in the local area.
• Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of major operating systems and computer networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and configure hardware and software.
• Teamwork and effective communication with various company departments.
• Precision and attention to detail.

Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Interest in continuous learning and professional development.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00.
