Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of program evaluation initiatives to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Develop, administer, and refine data collection tools, including surveys, tracking forms, interviews, and focus groups, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, collaborating with program staff to improve collection processes and ensure integrity within systems such as Apricot, the cloud-based case management platform, providing staff training and system support.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including descriptive and multivariate statistical methods, and interpret findings to generate actionable insights.
- Create clear, impactful data visualizations, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for program managers and leadership.
- Support project management for evaluation initiatives, including defining scope and timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating workgroups or ad-hoc meetings.
- Facilitate data-informed discussions with program teams, including navigating sensitive or challenging findings, to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and overall impact.
Specifications For Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, statistics, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, program evaluation, or data analysis, ideally within a non-profit, social services, or mission-driven context.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with descriptive and multivariate analyses, longitudinal studies, or predictive modeling and qualitative analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as R, SPSS, or Stata.

- Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Deep commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and confidential handling of sensitive data, particularly when working with vulnerable populations.
