Role Overview
A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Immunology Sales Specialist to cover their Boston territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual goals within territory
- Partner with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and payer-facing stakeholders to overcome access challenges and facilitate successful patient onboarding
- Develop and execute territory business plans; analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Previous experience in Rare Disease, Nephrology, or Rheumatology preferred
- Established relationships throughout Boston
- Strong communication, presentation, and clinical/scientific selling skills
- Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize work, and drive results independently
