IMMIGRATION STAFF ATTORNEY
About the Role
FBT Gibbons is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Immigration Service Team of our Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Columbus, Ohio or Cincinnati, Ohio office. This position is distinct from an associate role and is not considered on track for advancement to partnership.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of immigration experience
- A good academic record
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ohio licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term
Responsibilities
The Staff Attorney will support the Immigration Service Team within the Labor & Employment Practice Group, working on varied and sophisticated immigration matters.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000, reflecting factors such as experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
This position is eligible for a flexible/reduced work schedule and/or remote work opportunities, including a hybrid work environment (three days in-office). The firm also offers a “dress for your day” policy.
