Responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers
• Follow up on candidate feedback and status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with ATS systems is a plus
