Immigration Paralegal (Business Immigration Focus) – Atlanta, GA

Clark Hill is seeking a Paralegal to join our Immigration business unit in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies
• Communicating with attorneys and clients
• Completing forms
• Gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business immigration
• Strong PERM, H-1B, and Consular Processing experience
• Excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom (preferred)
• Able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

A paralegal certification or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range at the time of posting is $32 - $39.23 per hour, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
