Immigration Paralegal

The Opportunity

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal with both NIV and PERM experience to join our team. In this essential role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, and a variety of complex immigration processes.
• Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

Pay

The annual range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
