Position Summary
This position will provide direct support to our paralegals and attorneys. Highly collaborative group working closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prints/scans documents; saves scanned documents into our electronic file system, FileSite
- Follows up with clients and foreign nationals for completed questionnaires and missing documents; requesting checks
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences, including preparing UPS mailing envelopes
- Maintains client files, including editing letters and forms
- Affords data and time entries requests
- Updates information and uploading documents into an immigration case management system
- Requests checks and processes invoices
- Calls USCIS and DOS as requested
- Affords light junior paralegal work when needed
- Other projects/tasks as assigned

- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills

Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to a year of administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is a plus
The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $24.73 to $27.47 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
