Responsibilities

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on immigration laws and regulations
  • Drafting legal documents such as applications, briefs, and motions
  • Presenting cases in court and before administrative agencies
  • Maintaining client files and records
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to achieve common goals

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state
  • At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
