About the role

We are looking for experienced Live-in Caregivers who are compassionate, patient, and trustworthy. This role involves providing heartfelt care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and offering companionship.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• A natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle (must have a clean record)
• Bilingual (Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are highly valued)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and social engagement
• Keeping detailed notes of care and changes
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
