IMMEDIATELY HIRING - Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Setting - Norristown

Job Summary

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to work with our geriatric and/or pediatric clients, one-on-one, in a professional and compassionate manner at their home in the surrounding areas of Norristown, PA.

Qualifications

• 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
• Valid PA Driver's License preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass State and Federal background checks
• Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test
• Minimum Education required: High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Aid clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Aid clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
