Competitive Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and provide friendly companionship
• Help with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing
• Auxiliary household duties, including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation
• Drive clients as needed for shopping, appointments, and errands
• Stay updated on caregiving skills by completing 12 hours of annual training through our Caregiver University
• Follow care plan to assist clients with personal care needs (CNA/PCP/HHA)
• Support activities of daily living in a safe and helpful way
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Observant, able to identify and report changes in client conditions
• 1+ year Caregiver experience in a home care or skilled facility setting
• Able to pass background checks
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Valid CNA, PCP, or HHA certification
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Adhere to agency policies; does not administer medication or perform licensed nurse or therapist procedures
