About the role

We are currently hiring Packaging Associates in West Branch to help prepare and package products for retail display. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with advancement potential for motivated individuals.

Pay

Starting at $16.50/hour
2nd Shift: $16.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential
3rd Shift: $16.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Build pallets and prepare product displays for shipment to retail locations.
• Operate job-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle products with care while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Overtime Requirements

• Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Associates must be available to work beyond their scheduled shift when needed.
• Associates may also be required to work on previously scheduled days off to support production demands.
